Communication will be via radios, for those on site, with everyone having their own call-signs so that it is clear who is communicating with who and everyone being on the same channel. The types of information that will be included in transmissions would be problems that may occur on site, measurements and dimensions of things, health and safety and the movement of materials and equipment within the site. Communications will be as frequent as needed and can be to anyone on site.
For those off site communication between for example the architect and site manager communication should be via email and copy all the other relevant people in. If any documents need to be shared eg the floorplans then they can be with One Drive as this allows everyone to access them and they can be changed easily and people can see the changes real-time.
If any information is needed between those off site and on site then a phone call can be made to the onsite porter cabin office as there will always be at least one person in their at a time. The person in the office can then communicate this information both over the radio for others on site and through email for all those off site who need to be aware of the changes.
